This is a small ode to a spot I really enjoyed to hang in Brooklyn. A lot of my friends used to hit up Southpaw and just cool out and check the performances of our comrades.
The venue closed in 2012, it was the only venue I really liked performing at and I'm lucky to have had the opportunity to rock there so many times.
I asked Jah C who was a key player in booking acts for the venue to introduce the album because i wanted to get that Underground New York City Hip Hop feel back to bring in the EP.
Shouts to Jah-C for being a willing participant in the vision.
